About Us

Surrounded by a pine tree garden, this hotel is located 2 minutes from Plage de l'Escalet beach. It offers 2 swimming pools with fully furnished terraces and a solarium. Each air-conditioned and soundproofed room at the La Villa d'Andrea has a classic décor and some rooms have a private fully furnished terrace with views over the garden or the pool. All rooms are equipped with satellite channels on a flat-screen TV and free WiFi access. The superior rooms feature fully equipped kitchenettes. A continental breakfast is served daily. Free private parking is provided. It is a 5-minute drive from Pampelonne and the Mediterranean Sea and 15 minutes from the centre of Saint-Tropez.

During the Season and the High Season, the rentals are mainly weekly.

City tax is extra : € 6.19.- per person/day.

There are a parking place, two swimming pools, one of which is heated.

- Every studio offers : a kitchen, a bathroom with shower (some with bathtub), a bedroom, a private terrace. Direct phone, WI-FI, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer.

- Cleaning is done every day, the sheets are changed every three days and the towels are changed every two days.

- Possibility of a third person in some studios: + € 60.- /day until 14 years, + € 100.- /day from 15 years.

- For children under 3 years old, a baby bed is at your disposal: + € 20.- from 1 to 3 days.

- We offer you a breakfast at € 20.- / person, served at the Francis’Bar from 8.30 to 12 am, extra of € 3.- if served in the room.

- Animals are not allowed.

- Check-in start at 3.30 pm and chek-out before 11.30 am.

- To confirm your reservation, we need an advance payment, representing a means of withdrawal, of 30% of the total amount or one night in advance for all stays less than 3 nights which will be deducted at the end of the stay.

- In case the cancellation of the reservation would arise in 30 days precedent the date of arrival, the total amount of the deposit will be kept, otherwise only preserved € 50.-of cool(expenses) of cancellation by room(chamber) will be guarded.

- For any shortened stay, the night value will be charged as compensation.

- The swimming pool is not warded, we remind you of the dangers it can present for children and decline all liability in case of accidents. The swimming pool is open from 9am to 9pm.
